So you’ve booked a romantic weekend away at Tanah Marah and now you’re wondering where to go for date night. Whether you’re after a fun pizza night or indulging in a degustation, we’ve got you covered!
Morries
If you’re looking for somewhere with moorish bites and delicious cocktails, then you’ll want to head to Morries! If cocktails aren’t your thing, they have some great mocktails and an extensive wine list. Make sure to head to their website and make a booking so you don’t miss out.
The Tuck Shop
Here you’ll find a showcase of fresh local produce, a cosy atmosphere and lots of local wines. While they cater for lots of dietary requirements, you’ll love it here even more if you’re after locally sourced seafood. If you’re hoping to spend the night in your chalet with some takeaway, check their Facebook page for information on their pizza nights and specials.
Miki’s Open Kitchen
A truly unique dining experience right here in Margaret River. Chef Miki combines local produce with traditional Japanese techniques to offer a non-traditional degustation experience. Take it to the next level with a tailor made sake pairing. There’s only 2 seating times available per night so reservations are a must!
Swings & Roundabout
You’ve probably heard of or been to the famous Swings and Roundabouts in Yallingup but did you know that they have a sister restaurant on the main street of Margaret River? Enjoy a casual date night with their woodfired pizza and wine on tap.
La Scarpetta Trattoria
Situated in the Heritage listed Bridgefield Guesthouse, you’ll find an authentic taste of Italy. Start the evening with some delicious antipasti and follow it up with fresh, handmade pasta made right in the La Scarpetta kitchen. Date night doesn’t get much better!
Pizzica Pizzeria
Downstairs from La Scarpetta is Pizzica, an authentic pizzeria. As you can imagine, it’s hard to pass up the pizza here but they also offer delicious mains like homemade lasagna and an italian style roast. If you’re on your way back to your chalet after a day of exploring, you can pop by Pizzica and pick up a late night pizza to go.
