UPCOMING EVENT:
Nature’s Table at Tanah Marah
Saturday 16 November 2024
We’re excited to share that we’re a part of the inaugural Pair’d Festival, hosting Nature’s Table at Tanah Marah!
Join us on 16th of November for a foraged, fermented dining experience at Nature’s Table amid our enchanting Tanah Marah forest.
Indulge in a four-course lunchtime feast set beneath the towering trees of Tanah Marah Forest. Each dish stars locally sourced ingredients prepared by ex-Noma alumni David Zilber and Ben Ing, joined by Paul Iskov to present the ultimate foraged and fermented dining experience. Every course comes perfectly paired with local and lauded drops, served up on a table shaped like the Wagyl (Rainbow Serpent) of Australian Aboriginal lore.
This immersive forest feast celebrates the raw beauty of the region in all her culinary glory, with foods foraged prior to the event by the chefs and local Wadandi custodian, Zac Webb, who will also be on hand to welcome guests and share stories throughout the feast.
